I recently had a bathroom fitted by another company, a leak appeared, I called RCB Plumbing and Heating who recognised the emergency and suspected a punctured pipe, RCB came out promptly, raised the flooring and floorboards, identified there was a punctured pipe caused by a screw, the plumber drained the pipe network, repaired the pipe and replaced the flooring, after the job was completed tidied up after himself, all fixed within 2 hrs.
